Retreat to peaceful rural Vermont to restore and regenerate with dear ones, colleagues or collaborators.
Enjoy the freedom to relax together and set collective intentions, engaging in facilitated body care practices that support your group's needs and find a renewed sense of inspiration together.
Groups are scheduled on a limited basis and require preliminary consultation with at least one group member to ensure that this offering and setting are a good fit for the group before proceeding to scheduling.
Co-create community care

Take a break for a collective self-care breather. Invite your friends or loved ones to tune in with you for an hour of facilitated Self Body Care, using a gently guided process of listening in for your body's needs and developing ways to find relief and support. Modeled after the Guided Self-Bodywork method, this
body-centered approach empowers you to take healing into your own hands (literally) and explore movements and visualizations at your own pace within a shared environment of mutual inspiration and support.
