Take healing into your own hands with Guided Self-Bodywork

Guided Self-Bodywork is an interactive process of assessment, self-bodywork techniques and take-home practices. Techniques include physical palpation, movement and visualization. Sessions take place over Zoom, are fully clothed, and can be done whether sitting, standing or lying down. Click here to book by sliding scale.
